One of the primary concerns when contemplating RV living as a permanent arrangement is the limited living space. RVs are designed for temporary stays and vacations. They offer compact kitchens, bathrooms, and sleeping quarters, all of which are perfectly fine for a short stay..

You will be avoiding the costs associated with traditional homeownership, such as property taxes and mortgage payments. These will be replaced by fuel, maintenance, and campground fees.

Your initial investment in a quality RV can be substantial. Although the ability to eliminate rent or mortgage payments may offset these expenses over time.

What are the legal and practical challenges?

The legality of residing in an RV full-time varies depending on local regulations. Zoning laws and homeowners’ association rules may restrict or prohibit living in an RV on private property.
