Welcome back to the Velvet Runway and this feature about sparkles and lace. As you know I have a thing for lace – in fact I’m not sure if there is a colour in which I don’t have a lace dress or skirt!
Sparkles and lace
Today, I am wearing this black lace dress from last season at Club Monaco, but to brighten it up a bit I have paired it with sparkly sandals (which you can see below) and a sparkly clutch.

As you may know by now I love lace and this black lace dress from last season’s Club Monaco collection is perfect for day or night wear. This dress is super comfortable and can be worn with anything – you could pair it with a bright yellow or pink bag to give a pop of color to the outfit or gold heels and statement jewellery for an evening look.
In this post, I have chosen to pair it with sparkly sandals from Sandro and a sparkly clutch from Zadig and Voltaire as I think this could be worn for both day and night.
